Don't you hate it when you buy a cheap pair of tights and after wearing them once, maybe twice if you're lucky, and then suddenly, out of nowhere, a nice hole appears thus making the tights "ruined." But guess what? They aren't ruined. You can now make these once boring tights into the latest fashion trend and it is super easy. All you need is a pair of scissors and you will have fun, fashion forward tights in about ten minutes.
Oh No! A hole! But fear not, we are going to make these tights a million times better!
All you need is the pair of tights, scissors, and about ten minutes spare time.
First, cut small slits on the tights where you want your tears to go, like so. Make sure you space them where you feel comfortable because you are the one going to be wearing them. And remember you can always go back and add more.
Next, put on the tights and you will see that there are already runs coming off of the new holes.
To create more runs and make the existing runs longer, simply tug on the fabric around the runs and holes. This is were the designer in you can have fun deciding how you want your tights to look, plus it's more entertaining then you would think.
And finally, TADA! You have a completely new pair of tights! They are fashionable, versatile, and one of a kind.
Now go show off your ripped tights so everyone will be jealous of you and your amazing sense of fashion. You never know, you could start a new trend among your friends.
